Seventy-five years after Anthony Grant set off on his first overseas trip - to fight in Europe during World War II - he's still traveling the world courtesy of Uncle Sam. "As long as I have the strength and vitality I will have the desire to travel," said Grant, 98, of Hampton, Va., while waiting for a military flight out of Yokota in western Tokyo last month.
